As a Part-Time HR Generalist/Admin, you will support the daily operations of the HR department by ensuring company policies align with HR laws, drafting templates for key HR documents, and collaborating with the team to oversee the hiring and onboarding processes. You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance, streamlining HR procedures, and providing administrative support to enhance overall efficiency.
To Thrive, You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of related experience.
- Solid verbal and written communication; ability to interpret and draft business documents.
- Understanding of business strategy, market competition, and use of technology to improve efficiency.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, integrate changes, and solve problems using logical reasoning.
- Commitment to accuracy, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high work standards.
Your Responsibilities as the Human Resources (HR) Generalist/Admin will include:
- Assist with general HR tasks and collaborate with the internal team as needed.
- Develop and manage recruitment plans and calendars by operational and sales projections.
- Generate official internal documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
- Create and execute onboarding plans, educating new hires on HR policies and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records, including documents, benefits, and attendance.
