Onboarding Specialist

Our client seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding journey for new franchise partners, guiding them seamlessly from initial interest through candidacy to full integration within the franchise system. You will use your project management expertise, clear communication, and training abilities to ensure each franchise owner launches successfully and builds a strong foundation for early operational success.

To succeed, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Franchise Management, or related field preferred; minimum 3 years of experience in franchise operations, onboarding, or training.
- Project management certification is a plus; franchise compliance and operational standards knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; excellent verbal and written communication in English required.
- Ability to travel nationwide to support franchise partner onboarding and training.
Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Onboarding Specialist will include:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a smooth transition into the franchise system.
- Develop and execute structured onboarding programs, including training schedules, milestone tracking, and coordination of cross-functional resources.
- Support business setup and compliance needs, such as licensing, sales tax, procurement, and OSHA documentation.
- Utilize CRM tools and reporting systems to track onboarding progress, monitor KPIs, and provide updates to leadership.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes by collaborating with internal teams, refining materials, and addressing franchisee challenges proactively.
