Human Resources (HR) Coordinator / Generalist
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator / Generalist to provide critical administrative support to their HR department. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. You must flourish in a dynamic environment, helping to maintain a positive employee experience while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR team. This position is office-based with potential for hybrid or remote work.

To thrive as the Human Resources Coordinator / Generalist, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, reference checks, employment contracts, and coordinate new hire orientation.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure labor law compliance, assist with audits, and manage PEO interactions and immigration processes.
- Benefits & Payroll Support: Administer employee benefits, support payroll processing, and coordinate leave of absence tracking.
- Employee Relations & Development: Respond to HR inquiries, support conflict resolution, track performance reviews, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Manage employee data in HRIS systems and generate HR metrics and activity reports.
