As a Parts and Shipping Coordinator, you will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly — managing customer orders, coordinating with brokers and suppliers, and handling logistics from receipt to shipment. You’ll take ownership of international and domestic shipping processes while ensuring compliance with Customs and import regulations.

To thrive/succeed as the Parts/Shipping Coordinator, you should have:        

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics coordination.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably Plex); familiarity with order fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus for supplier coordination.
• Must be able to manage international logistics and ensure compliance with Customs/import regulations.

Your responsibilities as the Parts/Shipping Coordinator will include:        

• Manage ordering, shipping, receiving, and invoicing while communicating with suppliers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Maintain and update part, vendor, and customer data in the ERP system (Plex), including inventory, pricing, and costs.
• Schedule and track LTL, ground, air, direct, and emergency shipments; file claims as needed.
• Prepare quotes, monitor aging inventory, and lead documentation for outbound shipments and compliance.
• Verify invoice accuracy, maintain broker records, and escalate issues to management or international teams as necessary.
