Senior Private Capital Marketing Manager
This position is responsible for contributing to the Corporate marketing strategy and the development, execution, and evaluation of co-marketing initiatives with partner stakeholders to drive revenue growth within the private capital markets. This includes managing relationships with private capital alliance partners, consulting firms, third-party vendors, and strategic private capital partnerships. The role involves developing plans and operational milestones to reach the private capital market with Insperity’s solutions, focusing on the unique needs, value drivers, and success metrics within this segment. Additionally, this position supports other Corporate Marketing and Company business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains exceptional partner relationships with relevant stakeholders to design and execute co-marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth within the Private Capital marketplace.
- Develops and executes business plans for establishing key partnerships to support revenue growth objectives.
- Defines partnership/market requirements, produces qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance, aggregates feedback, and explores new strategic opportunities.
- Identifies, recruits, and enables alliance partners that support key go-to-market initiatives necessary to accelerate growth, promote access to value-added capabilities, and enter new markets.
- Collaborates with individuals and teams across the organization to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with alliance partnerships.
- Maintains direct and active relationships with partners, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues, and serving as an internal advocate.
- Produces partnership reports to evaluate the effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI) from alliance partners.
- Maintains knowledge of competitors to strategically position Insperity solutions within various industry verticals.
- Manages the strategy for alliance trade shows and other high-profile events.
- Collaborates with internal and external marketing and operations teams in the development of programming and creative campaigns.
- Manages and develops programming and operations for virtual events with sales partners and other stakeholders.
- Makes valuable recommendations to leadership on new target markets and verticals.
- Assists in negotiating corporate-wide agreements with strategic alliances.
- Drives and contributes to the development of brand positioning and messaging to influence the Company’s overall private capital markets marketing strategy.
- Cultivates relationships with Private Capital firms, partners, and executive leadership of portfolio businesses to promote Insperity products and services, generating sales opportunities.
- Works with Insperity sales personnel and management to establish activity goals, key performance indicators, and program ROI, tracking and analyzing results to ensure business development and campaign optimization.
- Researches, analyzes, and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the target market and specific buying criteria, communicating information to all stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and communicates competitive data to drive informed strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Generates reports on the performance and efficacy of marketing efforts, distributing them to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develops annual marketing budgets for designated strategic initiatives in consultation with Corporate Marketing leadership and appropriate organizational stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. MBA is preferred.
- Seven to ten years of experience in strategic alliances and marketing/business development in a B2B field is required.
- Experience working in private capital markets settings is required.

- Familiarity and confidence with principles of entrepreneurship, technology, private capital markets, investment strategies, and business growth.
- High level of business acumen and professionalism, with comfort in networking and public speaking as a representative of the Insperity brand.
- Motivated to learn, solve complex challenges, and build new Marketing and Business Development programs in a dynamic market segment.
- Demonstrated campaign management experience and skills, preferably in a B2B technology or services industry.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Eloqua, Salesforce, Tableau, and business/marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in running integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with best practices associated with email marketing preferred.
- Experience in driving lead generation efforts within digital strategic alliances.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing models including lead scoring, pipeline design, and automated campaign frameworks.
- Expert at using analytics and data to make impactful marketing decisions.
