Corporate Trainer/Facilitator

We seek a passionate Corporate Trainer/Facilitator to design and engaging training programs, including bank teller training, lender training, onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, and technology training. In this role, you will ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed, from onboarding to exit, while collaborating with the VP of People and Culture and department leaders to empower employees, foster professional growth, and support our mission of creating thriving communities and businesses.
To thrive as the Corporate Trainer/Facilitator, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 5 years in corporate training, instructional design, or related roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and facilitate engaging and impactful training experiences, leveraging e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia technology.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance training and content alignment with business goals and industry standards in the banking sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS systems, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other relevant tools, with experience in innovative content creation and training needs analysis.
- The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional travel up to 10% based on business needs.
Your responsibilities as the Corporate Trainer/Facilitator will include:
- Developing and designing tailored training programs and materials for key banking roles and operations, including e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids, while integrating technical and soft skills.
- Facilitating onboarding, orientation, workshops, and employee development sessions, adapting content to diverse learning styles, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Managing and optimizing the LMS to assign, track, and report training progress, and administer self-paced learning paths for employee development.
- Conducting training needs assessments in collaboration with leadership to address performance gaps and align programs with organizational priorities and goals.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and metrics, continuously refining content to meet evolving business needs and industry trends.
