Loan Boarding Specialist
Liberty Bank and Trust seeks a Loan Boarding Specialist to ensure the accurate and timely entry of new and renewed loan data into the bank’s core system. In this key role, you will be the liaison between lenders, support staff, and quality control, maintaining the integrity of loan and customer records while supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities for a Loan Boarding Specialist:
- Enter new and renewal loan data into the Loan Accounting System.
- Review system-generated reports, resolving discrepancies, and advancing funds for approved loans.
- Advance Funds for approved New Loans.
- Interface with Lenders and support staff to obtain required information for processing.
- Maintains and updates loan and customer records within the Loan Accounting System to ensure data integrity and alignment with approved documentation.
- Balance General Ledger accounts related to new loan boarding.
- Control Input Data to assure consistency with Loan Documents and Approvals.
- Review system-generated bank reports to identify data inconsistencies or errors and take corrective action to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and correct billing discrepancies and loan history issues to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Execute assigned tasks and projects in alignment with the bank’s quality control standards and operational procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
Required Education and Experience for a Loan Boarding Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four year-college or university and at least three years’ related experience and/or training in banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
