Leading our client’s SEO department, you will drive the organic search strategy by developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve our customers’ website rankings and enhance online visibility. You will mentor a team of SEO professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring they stay updated on industry trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute tactical initiatives, improve site authority, and optimize user experience. Additionally, you will engage with executive leadership to provide insights on performance and strategic direction. Relocation assistance is available.
To be successful, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior SEO role, with at least 2 years in a director-level position.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics.
- Proficiency in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and site architecture.
- Solid leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) and advanced skills in Google Workspace and Search Console.
Your responsibilities as the SEO Director will include:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
- Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, content editors, and developers.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and optimization.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing regular reports.
