IT Engineer/Systems Administrator

As an IT Engineer/Systems Administrator, you will support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple office locations in Arizona. This hybrid role combines network and systems administration with field-based hardware support. You must bring solid experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure, alongside general IT support capabilities. You will play a crucial role in both daily operations and project-based infrastructure initiatives. This is not a remote position but is onsite in the various clinical and corporate offices across the state.

To be successful as an IT Engineer/Systems Administrator, you should have:
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a systems or network support role
- Proficiency with Cisco Meraki administration
- Experience managing or supporting Azure environments (VM deployment, networking, troubleshooting)
- Strong understanding of basic network concepts (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Familiarity with desktop/printer support in office environments
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Arizona
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- This is not a remote position but is onsite in the various clinical and corporate offices across the state.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UPS installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with Office 365 administration
- Scripting (PowerShell) or automation basics
- IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals, or Meraki CMNA
- Your essential duties and responsibilities as the IT Engineer/Systems Administrator will include the following:
- Administer and troubleshoot Meraki networks, including wireless, switches, and firewalls
- Manage, deploy, and troubleshoot Azure-based virtual servers and services
- Provide on-site hardware support across offices (racking/stacking switches, UPS installations, etc.)
- Deliver desktop support (Windows, basic Mac), printer troubleshooting, and general IT assistance at office locations
- Travel between office sites in Arizona (company vehicle provided)
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
- Assist with basic IT project rollouts and upgrades
- Support end users with software, connectivity, and hardware issues
