As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will establish brand and channel preferences and execute a data-driven strategy for Biotics Research Corporation. You will support the Director of Marketing in creating and implementing strategies in digital marketing, social strategy and content development, collateral oversight, eCommerce development, website, content, and analytics. You will also design integrated campaigns with measurable goals supported by analytics and reporting.
To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in the supplement, health, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns with strong ROI, including experience with social media, eCommerce, email marketing, and corporate blog management.
- Skilled in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles, with strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Deep understanding of DTC marketing strategies in the health and wellness sector, with knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market dynamics.
Your responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Manager will include:
- Lead Digital Strategy Execution: Oversee digital marketing strategy implementation, manage the content schedule, and optimize email marketing efforts through A/B testing.
- Omni-Channel Marketing: Develop and execute successful omni-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- eCommerce & Platform Optimization: Manage and optimize the company’s eCommerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with partners to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
