Product Operations Analyst

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in product, investment, or platform/data operations.
- Advanced analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high proficiency in Excel and data validation workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Addepar experience.
- Finance background.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and exposure to SQL, Python, BI tools, billing, performance reporting, or workflow automation is strongly preferred.
Your responsibilities as the Product Operations Analyst will include:
- Serve as an Addepar subject-matter expert, managing platform configuration, data integrity, custodial feeds, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Oversee alternative investment operations, including commitments, capital activity, valuations, documentation, and data accuracy.
- Support trading and billing workflows by validating data, monitoring readiness, and ensuring accurate platform configuration.
- Maintain data quality across systems by aligning CRM and platform data, performing regular data hygiene checks, and managing structures and metadata.
- Enhance operational scalability by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and contributing to advanced data and AI initiatives.
