To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the electronics/EMS industry, particularly in automotive, industrial, or medical sectors.
- Solid expertise in commercial strategy, client acquisition/retention, and full sales cycle management, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in English with advanced Spanish preferred; additional languages valued.
- Willingness to travel as required and ability to manage cross-functional teams in international environments.
Your responsibilities as the Business Development Manager will include:
- Drive profitable growth by identifying, attracting, and developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
