As a Trainer, you will deliver all membership training services, including conducting Continuing Education (CE) courses as well as all other training offerings as needed, primarily through Zoom. You will maintain the company’s online knowledge base by writing new articles, editing old articles, and screening updates as required. You will also serve as a backup to the Institute Coordinator’s duties and as a backup to Member Service Representatives by conducting on-site courses, Q & As, and private classes as requested.
To thrive as the Trainer, you should have:
- CDEI Certificate for ARELLO-approved courses (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, learning & development, or a related role (internship experience accepted).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), screen capture, editing tools, and online training platforms.
- Experience with course creation and instructional design methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Your responsibilities as the Trainer will include:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on company products and services via Zoom and in person, including CE courses, workshops, and private classes.
- Develop and maintain instructional content, including Knowledge Base articles, PowerPoint decks, and training materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Support training operations by maintaining detailed records, proctoring courses, and collecting student feedback to improve offerings.
- Stay current on product changes and assist with testing software, online courses, and training documentation.
- Provide backup support for internal teams and represent the company at events, trade shows, and member functions.
