Development & Communications Manager – Part-Time
20–25 hours per week

To succeed, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or related field, with at least 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support within a nonprofit environment.
- Solid skills in social media management, content creation, event coordination, donor database management, and written and verbal communications; email marketing platforms, and Google Suite preferred.
- Ability to travel locally as needed for events, speaking engagements, and community outreach; professional, collaborative, and mission-driven with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical fundraising practices.
Your responsibilities as the Development & Communications Manager will include:
- Implement fundraising initiatives: Assist in executing donor campaigns, appeals, and events to support organizational growth and mission impact.
- Donor relationship management: Cultivate, steward, and retain relationships with individual donors, businesses, foundations, and community partners.
- Communications & storytelling: Create compelling content for newsletters, social media, and marketing materials that highlight program success and community impact.
- Event and outreach coordination: Plan and support donor and community events, speaking engagements, and volunteer involvement to strengthen visibility and engagement.
- Cross-team collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including The ReNew Stores leadership, to align branding, messaging, and public-facing communications.
