Based in Belleville, NJ, our 10,000-square-foot, air-conditioned facility specializes in custom jobbing work, particularly in machining brass, aluminum, and stainless steel. We proudly serve a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, medical, chemical, and custom architectural hardware, by delivering exceptional machining solutions tailored to each client’s unique specifications.

CNC Vertical Mills (Haas/Brother) + 4th/5th axis
Mazak Lathes with Bar Feeders

Your Role:

As a full-time Parts Finisher, you’ll be responsible for sanding, polishing, deburring, and other finishing applications in a machine shop environment. The position offers consistent hours, working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We’re looking for someone with strong hand skills who takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards while performing repetitive tasks.

To thrive, you should have:

Prior experience in parts finishing and manufacturing/technical environments.
Strong hand skills with the ability to identify acceptable finishes.
Proficient in sanding, deburring, and performing first-article and in-process inspections.
Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of taking corrective/preventative actions.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Your responsibilities as the Parts Finisher will include:

Perform various sanding, deburring, parts prepping for secondary operations, and parts finishing operations.
Maintain an organized, clean, and *SAFE* work environment for themselves and others.
Perform first article and in-process inspections.
Be independent and collaborate effectively within a team environment while proactively taking corrective and preventative actions to ensure high-quality parts.
