Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor (OS) to supervise team members, make decisions, and provide excellent customer service at our warehouse that serves Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). The successful candidate will manage operations at our receiving and redistribution dock and manage supplier and customer relationships. A strong work ethic, initiative, and drive to build and maintain a world-class team are necessary. Requirements for a Warehouse Operations Manager:
- An Associate degree is required; directly related experience may substitute for education.
- Minimum 2 years in team or employee management; logistics, airport, or warehouse industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, email, databases, Internet); ability to execute action plans; detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass TSA background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
- Proficient in English; willing to relocate and travel as needed.
Your Responsibilities as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be:
- Train, lead, and ensure team adherence to all BAL, TSA, airport, and customer regulations and policies.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, distribution, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency; identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and airport stakeholders to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Execute administrative tasks and consistently enforce company policies and procedures.
