Warehouse Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control, and team performance to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. You will drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations, lead and develop staff, and ensure all processes align with company policies, OSHA standards, and supply chain best practices.

To thrive as the Warehouse Supervisor, you should have:
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, distribution, or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal); bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus for workforce communication and operational efficiency
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a moderate warehouse environment
Your responsibilities as the Warehouse Supervisor will include:
- Oversee warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory management to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and stock control
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, performance management, and workforce development
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, workplace safety protocols, and incident reporting procedures
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping/receiving issues to maintain operational accuracy
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes, logistics workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives
