Day Shift, Monday through Friday

We are a rapidly growing small business, thriving as a direct marketer in the tax and accounting industry. We serve tax and accounting professionals with products and services that help them run their practices effectively.

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll solve unique challenges daily while building transferable skills in sales, marketing, and product development. This role offers the opportunity to master multi-channel communication, collaborate with a dynamic team, and make a real impact on small businesses and their clients. With a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, you’ll enjoy a rewarding career that fosters growth, variety, and professional development.
To thrive, you should have:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Direct experience in tax, accounting, and/or legal industries preferred
- Previous Call Center experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Your duties as the Customer Care Representative will include:
- Use professional communication skills to process routine orders, respond to inquiries, identify leads, and promote our products and services
- Strive for 100% positive customer touches in all aspects of customer interactions
- Accurately process orders from an extensive, diverse product line with attention to detail, while identifying appropriate up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Consistently and accurately track and report your performance: orders, sales attempts, and successes
- Use empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems
- Enthusiastically embrace sales programs and contests designed to introduce new or enhanced products to customers and prospective customers
- Maintain clean and accurate customer records, including account information, order details, and customer issues
