To thrive as the Logistics, Operations, and Warehouse Supervisor, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams in event production or operations.
- Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with logistics planning tools, vendor management, and warehouse/inventory systems.
- Ability to work on nights and weekends, including BOLDERBoulder, annual Warehouse Sale, and ColderBOLDER weekends. Some short-term travel can be expected.
Your responsibilities as the Logistics, Operations, and Warehouse Supervisor
will include:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of race operations, including permitting, site setup/teardown, infrastructure, and on-the-ground coordination.
- Source, negotiate, and supervise vendors for equipment, rentals, and event services, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and accountability.
- Maintain warehouse inventory, oversee packing/kitting, and ensure efficient preparation and return of all race materials.
- Supervise warehouse staff, logistics crews, and venue leads while providing clear roles, training, and collaboration across internal teams.
- Handle permits, insurance, and operational documentation while implementing safety standards and training for staff and crews
