As the General Manager of Buckeye Ranch RV Resort & Storage, you will lead all aspects of resort operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving profitability. You will build and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality. You will manage budgets, optimize revenue, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the resort’s appeal. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, fostering a welcoming and engaging community. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the success of this premier outdoor hospitality destination.

To be successful, you should have:

•    5+ years of hospitality management experience, preferably in RV/mobile home property management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

•    Proven leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams.

•    Strong operational knowledge, including maintenance, housekeeping, and daily resort management.

•    Proficiency in accounting and property management software, with Microsoft Office Suite experience.

•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities as the General Manager will include:

•    Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.

•    Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing initiatives and analysis of market trends.

•    Lead and manage staff by overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

•    Manage budgets and financial performance, including monitoring P&L variances and overseeing capital improvements.

•    Ensure compliance and property upkeep by enforcing resort rules, maintaining standards, and adhering to regulations.
