To thrive as the Chief Growth Officer, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership in multi-site retail or business banking.
- Expertise in sales transformation, CRM implementation, marketing strategy, and integrated customer experience.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and leading high-impact marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results
- Demonstrated ability in performance management, incentive design, data analytics, regulatory compliance, and multi-channel growth execution.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed
- English fluency required; additional language skills are a plus but not required.
Your responsibilities as the Chief Growth Officer will include:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap aligned with long-term organizational goals, including market expansion and member diversification.
- Lead and unify all member-facing functions — marketing, sales, branches, business banking, and the call center — into a high-performance, metrics-driven organization.
- Build and optimize infrastructure such as CRM systems, incentive plans, and performance analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and scalable growth.
- Redefine brand and marketing strategy to broaden market appeal, support retention, and integrate seamlessly with business development and M&A efforts.
- Model hands-on leadership by coaching front-line teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and embedding a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
