We support facilities with tailored services like New Employee Orientation, Annual Skills Days, and In-Service Training for a flat monthly fee. Our contracted facilities can schedule on-site courses, and employees enjoy tuition-free course access at any location.

Working under the supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer and the Executive Team, you will oversee all contracted clinical education aspects for assigned client hospitals and educational facility contracts.
To thrive, you should have:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ hospital clinical experience, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and professional etiquette.
- Willingness and ability to travel, including occasional overnight trips, to meet client and organizational needs.
Your responsibilities as the Education Coordinator will include:
- Conduct annual in-person planning sessions with assigned client facilities to develop tailored educational calendars.
- Develop and manage educational materials per client requests, including evidence-based curricula, orientations, and in-services.
- Collaborate with facility liaisons to implement customized course schedules that address each facility's educational needs.
- Plan and execute Annual Skills Days, overseeing logistics, materials, and on-site coordination to ensure successful events.
- Maintain strong client relationships by attending weekly clinical huddles, promoting the Flex Ed brand, and preparing detailed facility visit summaries.
