To succeed as the Sales Representative, you should have:
- Minimum 3+ years of outside B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in commission-based sales environments; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with solid data tracking and reporting skills
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence HR, EHS, and corporate wellness decision-makers
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Preferred experience or knowledge in healthcare sales, corporate wellness programs, OSHA/EHS environments, or soft-tissue therapy, plus alignment with value-driven, high-performance sales cultures
Your responsibilities as the Sales Representative will include:
- Identify, engage, and close new B2B sales opportunities with corporate wellness, HR, and EH&S leaders
- Present and promote innovative healthcare and soft-tissue treatment solutions using a structured sales process
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, including securing recurring corporate treatment hours
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and expansion opportunities
- Represent our client at industry trade shows, networking events, and corporate wellness expos
