To succeed, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1– 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, ideally within a franchise or multi-location business.
- Proficiency in social media (Facebook, Instagram) and content creation tools like Canva; familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Solid organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to travel as needed for franchise launches; fluency in English required.
Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Marketing Coordinator will include:
- Coordinate marketing materials production and distribution for new franchise partners, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Develop and schedule social media and email campaign content to support franchise launches and grand openings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create visual assets and manage local SEO setup, including Google My Business profiles.
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking paid marketing campaigns for new market entries.
- Serve as a key liaison among marketing, franchise consultants, and new partners to ensure smooth execution of onboarding and launch initiatives.
