To succeed as a Creative Technologist, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; 3–5 years of experience in creative technology, full-stack development, digital media production, or related field (nonprofit, public policy, media, or agency experience preferred).
- Solid proficiency in modern web development frameworks and languages (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, Python, CMS platforms), AI-enabled systems and workflow automation, and scalable digital solution architecture.
- Advanced multimedia production skills, including video production and editing, digital storytelling, UX/UI collaboration, and content strategy; solid project management and cross-functional execution experience.
- Professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, maintain brand integrity, and work onsite with consistent attendance (limited travel as needed preferred).
Your responsibilities as the Creative Technologist will include:
- Lead full-stack development and performance optimization of websites, mobile applications, and integrated digital platforms (CRM, CMS, eCommerce), ensuring secure, scalable, high-availability infrastructure and seamless UX/UI.
- Design and launch interactive engagement tools and personalized digital experiences across web and mobile, using analytics, KPIs, and audience insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Manage end-to-end podcast and multimedia production, including video integration, AI-enabled editing, workflow automation, and cross-platform content distribution.
- Research, prototype, and implement emerging technologies and AI-powered solutions to advance digital storytelling, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Marketing, and IT to execute digital transformation initiatives, present technology strategy to senior leadership, and deliver high-impact innovation projects.
