Executive Assistant - Banking
Liberty Bank and Trust is seeking a top-notch, project-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings an entrepreneurial spirit and service-minded approach to their work. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth of our organization by providing high-level support to the Regional President of Banking. You will play a significant role in day-to-day operations by managing essential administrative responsibilities, including maintaining files, tracking calendars and appointments, handling and generating correspondence, answering phones, and coordinating interdepartmental efforts. In addition to these core duties, you will also take on special assignments that require strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
As the Executive Assistant, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with two years of related experience in a financial institution at the executive level or equivalent education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and interactive presentations.
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with financial software, such as Navigator, Director Client, and Premier II, is preferred; experience in urban planning and accounting is a plus.
Your Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional President, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and general office duties.
- Maintain regular contact with institutional account clients, assisting with requests, event coordination, and fostering strong personal relationships through thoughtful outreach.
- Manage and assist with special assignments, product training, and bank-sponsored events, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
- Design, maintain, and manage reports and databases with accuracy and integrity to support tracking of projects, personnel, and business processes.
- Handle internal and external communications, facilitate Teams and Zoom meetings, and support marketing, sponsorship, and product initiatives.
