As a Digital Services Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a profitable SaaS business with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and tactical execution. You will manage a diverse team of employees and contractors, create and evaluate content, and drive market and financial results. You will thrive in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment, using your communication, creativity, and analytical problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.
To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, and 5+ years’ experience as a proven leader in the SaaS marketing and product management space
- Demonstrated successful SaaS lead-generation campaign creation and execution
- Proven P&L management ability and successful business outcomes
- Marketing automation and CRM knowledge, and complete journey implementations
- Proficient on Mac with Microsoft Office
Your duties as the Digital Services Product Marketing Manager will include:
- Drive our client-centric digital services to meet financial goals and improve SaaS customer journeys.
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans, lead-generation funnels, and digital advertising strategies.
- Oversee business forecasting, KPI monitoring, and customer insights to enhance product offerings.
- Guide the development team in improving software and specifying market-driven roadmaps.
- Build strategic relationships, manage vendor collaborations, and represent Practice Panda as an industry leader.
