Client Service Associate – Wealth Management

To thrive/as the Client Service Associate, you should have:
- 2+ years of client services with prior financial industry experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Solid problem resolution abilities with exceptional organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Highly competent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems.
Your responsibilities as the Client Service Associate will include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, custodians, and back-office departments to resolve issues.
- Prepare and process client account documentation and financial transactions, including account openings, asset transfers, distributions, and insurance/annuity paperwork while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain CRM systems by tracking client interactions, managing workflows, updating records, and supporting scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Assist with technology systems and vendor relationships, including CRM maintenance and operational system support.
- Provide administrative and marketing support, including process documentation updates, website and social media maintenance, and project tracking to support business development initiatives.
