As the School Principal, you should have:
- Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification required; Students with Disabilities (SWD) certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a principal or comparable educational leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, school improvement, program evaluation, and staff development
- Solid communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to innovate and adapt
- Willingness to travel as needed; fluency in English required, additional language skills a plus
Your responsibilities as the School Principal will include:
- Lead daily school operations, ensuring compliance with educational laws and state regulations
- Drive curriculum development and continuous improvement of instructional practices
- Collaborate with teams to analyze student data and enhance academic performance
- Support staff recruitment, evaluation, retention, and compliance with training requirements
