As the School Principal, you should have:        

• Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification required; Students with Disabilities (SWD) certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a principal or comparable educational leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, school improvement, program evaluation, and staff development
• Solid communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to innovate and adapt
• Willingness to travel as needed; fluency in English required, additional language skills a plus

Your responsibilities as the School Principal will include:        

• Lead daily school operations, ensuring compliance with educational laws and state regulations
• Drive curriculum development and continuous improvement of instructional practices
• Collaborate with teams to analyze student data and enhance academic performance
• Support staff recruitment, evaluation, retention, and compliance with training requirements
• Partner with leadership and the Board to advance strategic goals and uphold the school’s mission
