As a Loan Servicing Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Loan Servicing department and support the accurate, timely and compliant servicing of residential, commercial and consumer loans. You are expected to provide hands-on leadership to loan servicing staff, maintain strong procedures and controls, support audit and loan servicing responsibilities.

To succeed as the Loan Servicing Manager, you should have:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with 5 years of work experience in loan servicing, loan operations, or related financial institution operations.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience with escrow administration, insurance tracking, payoffs, lien releases, UCC filings, secondary market reporting, loan maintenance, and exception resolution preferred.
- Familiarity with applicable investor, secondary market, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending, servicing, or core processing systems.
- Participate in the Credit Union’s Community/Civic Engagement Program which requires participation in one community event each calendar year.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end loan servicing operations across residential, commercial, consumer, auto, and personal line of credit portfolios, including payment processing, escrow administration, insurance tracking, lien releases, payoffs, and account maintenance while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of exceptions.
- Oversee commercial and secondary market loan servicing activities, including reporting, reconciliations, participation loan servicing, payoffs, collateral tracking, and resolution of servicing exceptions or documentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, investor and regulatory requirements, and internal controls while supporting audits, examinations, exception tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Loan Servicing Specialists by establishing clear expectations, managing workflow priorities and SLAs, conducting performance reviews, and promoting cross-training, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Deliver exceptional members and internal partner support by collaborating with lending, accounting, collections, compliance, IT, and operations teams to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality service, and a positive member experience while supporting additional departmental initiatives as needed.
