Provider Configuration Coordinator
Thrifty Management Services, the dedicated MSO for Preferred IPA of California, seeks Provider Configuration Coordinators to add and maintain accurate provider data in the TMS Provider system according to established policies and procedures. You will support seamless care coordination across our network, ensuring providers and members receive the highest quality service. You will start in the office, with the option to work remotely after completing training and meeting production standards. Our full-time Provider Configuration Coordinator role offers a competitive pay of $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, along with a hybrid remote schedule (Monday–Friday) and an extensive benefits package, including:

To thrive as a Provider Configuration Coordinator, you should have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HMO environment (MSO, IPA, health plan, or provider office).
- Solid ability to interpret provider credentialing applications and contracts and accurately enter data into the TMS Provider Subsystem.
- Solid analytical skills to review data and update provider profiles as needed.
- Solid knowledge of departmental policies and procedures with the ability to recommend improvements.
- Solid proficiency in navigating TMS Provider Subsystems and maintaining confidentiality while providing professional support to staff and customers.
