• Competitive Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 annually, depending on relevant experience.

This is an expert-level research and analysis role, not a sales position. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisors by providing cutting-edge investment insights, preparing comprehensive financial plans, and ensuring clients receive top-tier advisory services.

To be successful as a Trading/Investment Specialist, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• Minimum two years in trading, investment research, financial planning, or advisory services.
• Series 7 & 66 (or 65 & 63) 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe, SalesForce, and financial planning tools.
• Strong ability to analyze market data, economic trends, and investment risks
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong ethical standards, integrity, and discretion in handling client information.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work. 

As a Trading/Investment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the team’s success by:

Trading, Financial Planning & Investment Fund Analysis

• Utilize Thomson & Vestmark for trading
• Utilize NaviPlan & MoneyGuide to prepare and update client financial plans.
• Process and oversee account maintenance, including cost basis calculations.
• Collaborate with advisors to enhance client strategies and investment performance.

Investment Analysis & Research

• Independently analyze financial data, market conditions, and industry trends to guide investment decisions.
• Evaluate Mutual Funds, ETF, and individual securities to develop informed investment strategies.
• Update financial reports and asset allocation models.

Strategic Contributions

• Assist with trade execution and money movement requests.
• Maintain compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations.
• Leverage financial planning software and technology tools to optimize workflows.
