To thrive as the Executive Assistant, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Solid organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise discretion, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant will include:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Anticipate needs, prioritize communications, and proactively address issues on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information and administrative tasks with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
