Expos and Advertising Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist with lead qualification and customer engagement for our Expo and Advertising sales efforts. In this role, you will qualify leads across all sales channels and respond to inquiries to support pipeline growth and drive revenue. Your efforts will help our external sales team attract and retain customers.
To be successful as an Expos and Advertising Sales Support Representative, you should have:
- 2+ years of B2B sales or customer service experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management, CRM, and web-based platforms
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; able to interpret and present business and technical information
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities as the Expos and Advertising Sales Support Representative include:
- Develop a strong understanding of IFMA’s expos and advertising products to communicate offerings effectively
- Manage and qualify leads using CRM tools and follow established sales processes
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to engage prospects and gather key sales data
- Support sales initiatives by assisting with promotions, presentations, and payment processing
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimize lead generation and respond to marketing-driven inquiries
