Human Resources (HR) Analyst

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll collaborate with senior HR leaders to deliver compensation, benefits, and people analytics that influence decisions at the highest level.

To succeed as an HR Analyst, you should have:
- A degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably within the upstream oil and gas operator industry across multiple countries but not required.
- At least 5 years of experience handling HR Compliance and Benefits Administration.
- Skilled in HR systems and tools (HRIS).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and ensure fair and competitive pay practices.
- Experience with incentive plans, global mobility, and HR process development.
- Strong attention to detail, cultural awareness, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Your responsibilities as the HR Analyst will include:
- Support end-to-end compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accurate data, benchmarking, and governance across multiple regions.
- Deliver high-quality people analytics, reporting, and insights that inform decisions on talent, performance, succession, and workforce planning.
- Maintain, audit, and enhance people data systems, ensuring reliable reporting, strong data protocols, and continuous improvement across P&C processes.
- Contribute to the annual people-cycle: engagement, budgeting, talent, and succession planning—by managing data, coordinating inputs, and preparing reports.
- Uphold HSSE standards by promoting safe practices, complying with all requirements, and proactively identifying and addressing risks.
