To succeed as the Leasing Assistant, you should have:
- 0–2 years of professional experience in real estate, property management, marketing, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; and Adobe, DocuSign, and Constant Contact are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Strong team player who works well with all levels of the organization.
Your Role:
As the Leasing Assistant, you will direct the organization's financial activities, performing the following duties:
- Respond to incoming leasing inquiries and provide preliminary information to prospective tenants; coordinate with prospective tenants to collect financial application packages and run credit checks.
- Manage and update online listings, including SDI website, LoopNet, and CoStar.
- Assist in creation, distribution of marketing materials and prospective tenant communication.
- Develop and maintain leasing inquiry database and organizational files.
- Process executed deals and submitted payments to accounting, lease administration, property management and construction teams.
