VP of Human Resources
Our client, a mission-driven behavioral health pharmacy services leader, is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to shape and lead strategic people initiatives in a rapidly growing, purpose-driven organization. In this high-impact role, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving forward-thinking HR strategies that foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and high performance. You'll champion talent management, guide policy development, and apply your expertise in organizational development and conflict resolution to support a collaborative, people-first environment, helping to transform access to care for vulnerable populations.

To succeed as the VP of Human Resources, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including talent strategy and PEO exposure.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Your responsibilities as the VP of Human Resources will include:
- Lead HR Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving initiatives that support growth and organizational performance.
- Serve as Executive HR Advisor: Partner with executive leadership and be a trusted advisor on people-related strategies, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Oversee Talent Management: Direct recruitment, retention, performance management, and development programs that attract and grow top talent.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures, oversee benefits administration, and ensure alignment with market standards.
- Ensure Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while managing HR-related risks and implementing best practices.
