Student Support Facilitator
Schedule: 12-Month, Full-Time
Location: Office-Based (Indianapolis Area)
Reports To: Senior Manager of Operations
The Student Support Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting the operations team, administrators, and counselors. This position fosters strong relationships with students and families to address learning gaps and improve academic outcomes. The role requires up to 25% travel for testing and meetings.

- Deliver Title I-required communications to students and families
- Support the Community Engagement Specialist with social media initiatives
- Monitor attendance lines and address special attendance situations
- Troubleshoot attendance and testing issues to assist families
- Assist with assessment logistics and communications to parents and students
- Provide updates and support to HCCA’s special populations group
- Coordinate direct mailings, including progress reports, postcards, and testing information
- Organize and support in-person events
- Update student demographic information as needed
- Process attendance adjustments based on monitoring and communications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Required Qualifications
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and web-based tools
- Experience working with databases
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Successful completion of required background checks

- Demonstrated success in timely completion of tasks and projects
- Ability to adapt to and learn new systems quickly
- Strong initiative and innovative problem-solving skills
Work Environment
