Katoen Natie, a global leader in logistics, engineering, and port operations, delivers tailor-made solutions to the chemical, automotive, consumer goods, electronics, and retail sectors. With 181 logistics platforms in 40 countries and over 18,000 employees, we are growing our U.S. operations and seeking a motivated Manager in Training in La Porte, TX. You will participate in an intensive, hands-on training program that provides exposure to all aspects of facility operations, including packaging, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. You will tackle real-world challenges, develop problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and work closely with experienced managers to understand operational planning, team supervision, KPI monitoring, and resource management. After completing the training program, you will step into a managerial position, leading teams and contributing to the continued growth and success of Katoen Natie in the U.S.

To be successful as our Manager in Training, you should have:

Bachelor’s degree and solid analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word and Excel, with the ability to create concise reports, statistics, and graphs.
Dynamic, persistent personality with excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills; leads by example.
Fluency in English (read, write, speak) required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, including relocation to the U.S., and flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.

Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and working safely in noisy or physically demanding environments.
