As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving the development and execution of sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, and brokers.
- Manage and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to meet sales goals.
- Identify inventory improvements and implement changes to support growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives.
To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in foodservice sales with a proven record of driving growth and customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of foodservice trends and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in sales, marketing, or foodservice operations (preferred).
