What you’ll do:
As the Customer Account Coordinator, you will maintain existing customer relationships, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth account operations. In this customer-facing role, you will also act as the primary contact for any commercial issues.
To be successful, you should have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, ideally in a customer service or account management role.
• Solid customer service skills and knowledge of logistics workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with other data analysis tools is a plus.
It would be great if you had:
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and practical communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work multiple projects simultaneously
As the Customer Account Coordinator, you will:
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively address customer concerns, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for upselling or account renewals.
• Manage and supervise all commercial issues for customers, including preparing quotes and proposals and maintaining fee schedules.
• Prepare and manage the yearly commercial budget, ensure accurate contract indexation, and verify invoicing.
• Maintain detailed customer records, ensure proper implementation of new procedures, and write business plans for review.
• Organize meetings with customers, address complaints, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
