Katoen Natie has 181 logistics platforms and is active in 40 countries throughout Europe, North America, South America, and the Far East. Its staff is more than 18,000.

To continue growing our group, Katoen Natie Specialty Chemicals Inc. (USA), is seeking a results-driven Project Manager in La Porte, TX, to lead and support operations-based projects across our facility. You will be responsible for overseeing a range of continuous improvement, safety, and operational development initiatives. You must exhibit solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and you will serve as a bridge between management and the operational teams.

To be successful, you should have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, and 2 years of Project Management experience, OR 5+ years of Project Management experience.
3+ years in project management or continuous improvement within manufacturing or logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is preferred.

As the Project Manager, you will:

Lead and Execute Projects: Drive site-based projects that align with business, operational, and safety objectives.
Deliver Results: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and vendors to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.

Communicate and Support Change: Report project progress to leadership and support teams through documentation, training, and change management.
