Junior Electrical Engineer

As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you solve customer problems by developing innovative new products or enhancing existing ones. You will plan, design, build, test, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs from concept to completion.

To succeed as an Electrical Engineer, you should have:
- B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years experience in electronics or engineering, including circuit design and firmware development
- Proficient in digital/analog circuit design, CAD tools, embedded C/C++, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies)
- Solid in MS Word, MS Project; experience with simulation tools, and high-level programming (e.g., MATLAB or Octave)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and familiarity with DO-160, DO-178, or DO-254 standards preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Foreign language not required, but international collaboration experience is a plus
Your responsibilities as the Electrical Engineer will include:
- Interface with customers to define design requirements, project schedules, and cost estimates for labor and materials
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for performance, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability
- Participate in the specification, design, testing, and documentation of analog and/or digital electrical products
- Support the full product development lifecycle—from concept through delivery—ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions
