As a Quality Inspector, you will conduct a structured program of quality control activities supporting the manufacturing process. You will ensure all work aligns with regulatory guidelines and corporate quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Control (QC) department and support the QC Manager in daily operations.

To thrive as the Quality Inspector, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, and at least 2 years’ experience in quality management systems and shipping operations is required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly for communication, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, inventory software, and order processing systems; basic math skills including percentages and graph interpretation.
- Solid reasoning ability focusing on quality improvement, problem resolution, and sound judgment in standardized situations.
Your responsibilities as the Quality Inspector will include:
- Assist the QC Manager in coordinating and guiding QC personnel to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and ensure all team members are properly trained and understand their responsibilities.
- Execute and manage quality control programs aligned with company goals, including internal audits and compliance with ISO, ASME, API, and customer standards.
- Support supplier quality management by conducting audits, resolving issues, and collaborating with key vendors to maintain high standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing quality enhancements, cost reductions, and process optimizations across departments.
