To thrive as our client’s Customer Service Representative, you should have:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; experience in the footwear industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with customers and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with customer service software and EDI is a plus
Your responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative will include:
- Process and manage customer orders, coordinating with the warehouse for timely fulfillment and order adjustments
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone and email across all brands
- Serve as a key liaison between the warehouse and sales teams to ensure effective communication and order accuracy
