Manager, Community and Group Fundraising – Hybrid

To thrive, you should have:
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in fundraising, community engagement, or peer-to-peer and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience managing third-party fundraising programs, group initiatives, or volunteer-led campaigns.
- Solid relationship-building, project management, and communication skills, with experience leading multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRMs, digital fundraising platforms, and event planning for donor-facing or committee-driven initiatives.
- Self-starter willing to work evenings/weekends and represent the organization publicly, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Your responsibilities as the Manager, Community and Group Fundraising will include:
- Lead and grow community- and peer-led fundraising programs, including recruitment, digital platforms, and performance analysis.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage group- and experiential fundraising initiatives, including Young Professionals, youth leadership, and third-party events.
- Engage and activate key donor and volunteer networks, including Wish Alumni, advocates, and community ambassadors.
- Support corporate partnerships, campaigns, and activations to drive engagement, sponsorships, and employee giving programs.
- Collaborate across teams to align fundraising strategies, donor stewardship, and campaign performance for maximum impact.
