As a Senior Human Resources Generalist & Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the HR department, with a primary focus on corporate recruitment. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, creating recruitment plans, tools, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top-tier candidates. You will pre-screen candidates, assess qualifications through behavioral and competency-based interviews, and track requisition statuses to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Additionally, you will coach and mentor leaders on best practice for performance management, partner on employee relations and staff development, and various other HR Generalist tasks. You will report directly to the VP of People & Culture and be a vital People & Culture team member.
To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment, focusing on HR processes required.
- Proven ability in benefits administration, performance management, and compensation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in HR best practices.
Your responsibilities as the HR Generalist and Recruiter will include:
- Provide HR support by assisting team members with policies and procedures, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training and development initiatives, including performance management programs.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws (EEO, ADA, affirmative action) and ensure the organization’s practices align with current regulations.
- Manage recruitment efforts, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building relationships with potential hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, guiding recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and training on hiring best practices.
