Human Resources (HR) Manager

To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR degree preferred)
- 4+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments
- Professional HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, aPHR)
- Strong expertise in HR compliance, employment law (FMLA, ADA, EEOC), payroll systems, HRIS, and talent management systems
- Proven skills in leadership, employee engagement, and workforce analytics, with the ability to travel as required for multi-site HR support
Your responsibilities as the HR Manager will include:
- Lead execution of HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and operational excellence
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions
- Serve as a strategic partner on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching, handling investigations and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR operations, payroll administration, benefits management, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and labor laws
- Utilize HR analytics, workforce data, and reporting (turnover, retention, KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions and improve employee engagement
