They’re now seeking a proactive Franchise Business Coach to help drive performance, growth, and scalable success across the network.

To succeed, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in franchise operations, business coaching, or multi-unit management within service-based industries.
- Proven ability to coach small business owners; confident interpreting financial statements (e.g., P&L, cash flow).
- Solid organization, rapport-building, critical thinking, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willing to travel regionally up to 50%; valid driver’s license required.
Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Franchise Business Coach will include:
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Coach and develop franchise partners and their teams.
- Monitor and improve franchise performance and compliance.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Foster a positive culture that aligns with core values and drives change initiatives.
