Client Service Associate (CSA)

Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in the RIA or client-facing financial services industry.
- Solid organizational, detail-oriented, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and other client service platforms, plus exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate as a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active FINRA Series 65 License preferred, or ability to pass within 90 days of employment.
Your responsibilities as the Client Service Associate will include:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account updates.
- Support new client onboarding, including documentation collection and account setup.
- Prepare and maintain client reports, meeting materials, and performance summaries.
- Assist Financial Advisors with administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, travel, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
